An adapted logistic
The CAT Benelux LV is dealing daily with more than 100 carriages of national and international transport. This implies about 700 deliveries of new vehicules, hirers of buys back and secondhand vehicles a day.
An adapted logisitic can be installed to follow up the customerin all relevant activities. |

PDI PREPARATION

Pré Delivery Inspection
A carwash tunnel, washing off the protection layer, and a workshop of +/- 4000 m², allow CAT Benelux to offer the automobile constructors and the conssessionary a PDI (Pré Delivery Inspection) preparation of new vehicules.
In CAT’s workshop the assembly of automobile accessories can be accomplished, such as a radio, a carkit, a towinghook, roofrails and other services like stickage, fixing of rotating light... |

PRÉPARATION VO

Esthetical renovation ...
CAT Benelux has also developped a program for renewal of used vehicles. The VO preparation includes cleaning the inside and the outside, cleaning of the motor, polishing, and renovation of plastics... |

STORAGE

Storageplace of 32 Ha
CAT Benelux offers a storageroom of 32 Ha; There is room for 10.000 vehicules parked at an angle to the kerb, to resolve the costumer’s space problem. Besides storage a maintenance service of the vehicules is offered, such as recharging and discharging of the batteries. |

VO REMARKETING

Smart Repair
Recently CAT Benelux has developped a specialised service for companies that rent vehicules. This service consists of the expertising and the renovation of the buys back vehicules by specific techniques called “Smart Repair”.
The technique goes from taking out of the bumps, repairing the scratches, repairing the seats, dashboard, windscreen...
Therepair techniques were developped in England and have the advantage of being cheaper and faster.
If for some reason the techniques cannot be applied CAT Benelux will resort to the classical techniques. |
